SHIPPING
Your order will be shipped worldwide in eco-friendly packaging and climate-neutral via DHL GoGreen (international: Expedited PREMIUM or EXPRESS SHIPPING).
Shipping Costs & Delivery Times*
Germany: 6 €. approx. 1–3 business days
EU, San Marino, Vatican City: 15 €. approx. 2-7 business days (depending on destination).
Other European countries: €21 — approx. 4-10 business days (depending on destination)
Algeria, Türkiye, Georgia, Lebanon, Libya, Morocco, Tunisia, Egypt, Russia: €29 — approx. 7-15 business days
USA, Japan, Singapore, Canada, China, Hong Kong, Macau, South Korea, Taiwan, UAE: €39 — approx. 10-15 business days
Rest of the world: €49 — delivery times vary – please contact us for details
ISRAEL: €79 — Due to the current political situation, only limited shipping options — in our case, DHL Express — are available. Because of constantly changing shipping routes and the associated costs, DHL Express is currently charging a very high risk surcharge. We absorb part of these costs to keep shipping fees as affordable as possible. Currently, shipping takes approximately 3–7 business days. As soon as the situation changes and other shipping options become available, the shipping fee will be reduced.
For shipments outside the EU: Any applicable customs duties and import taxes are calculated and paid during checkout, and delivery is made on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis. With this shipping method, you are not charged any processing fees imposed by local customs authorities. These fees are included in the flat-rate shipping fee — a discounted rate for you.

Express shipping is available upon request and must be arranged before placing your order.

SHIPMENTS TO CRISIS OR RISK REGIONS
For destinations affected by political unrest, natural disasters, or other extraordinary circumstances, we cannot accept liability for delays, loss, or damage occurring during transport.
Major carriers (such as DHL, UPS, or FedEx) may partially or completely exclude liability for shipments to such areas.
Since we have no control over carrier policies or handling in these regions, all shipments to crisis or risk zones are carried out at the recipient’s own risk. We recommend contacting us before placing an order to confirm current shipping conditions.

We do not offer same-day or next-day shipping. If you need your order urgently, please let us know beforehand — we’ll do our best to help.

Please keep an eye on the shipment status independently and check updates regularly. You are responsible for monitoring your tracking information and responding if issues occur (e.g., if a package is held at a pick-up point, neighbor, or depot).
If something seems unusual in the tracking process, you can of course reach out — but please review the tracking link in your confirmation email first.
SHIPPING TO PACKSTATIONS (GERMANY ONLY)
You can have your parcel delivered to a DHL Packstation within Germany.
Please enter your Postnummer (in the “Company” field) and specify “Packstation + station number” along with the postal code and city.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & IMPORT FEES (NON-EU ORDERS)
For deliveries outside the European Union, import duties, customs duties, or taxes may apply. In this case, the applicable fees will be calculated and paid during checkout.
Please note: These charges are not levied by us, but by the respective recipient country. The amount and calculation are based exclusively on the internal regulations and laws of the destination country. CEDOUBLÉ has no influence on this; we merely pass on the fees incurred.
If a parcel is not collected from customs or returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct all related costs — including the original outbound shipping, return shipping, and any additional carrier or customs fees.
