SHIPPING & LOCAL DELIVERY
SHIPMENTYour treasures will be packed nicely and sent out usually on the same day. We have decided to separate purchase price and shipping costs and charge the latter individually. Many online shops promote free shipping. However, you can be sure that in those cases shipping costs have been added to the purchase price beforehand. Therefore, we consider it to be transparent and fair to break down the costs. That way you don’t pay for multiple “hidden shipment costs” when ordering more than one item. This really does make sense when you think about it, right?
Wolrdwide shipping.* We ship out our items carbon neutral with DHL GoGreen.
Delivery times and shipping costs:
Germany: Shipping 5 €, 3 € for Scrunchies. The delivery usually takes between 2 and 3 working days.
EU Countries: Shipping 15€, 5 € for Scrunchies. Minimum order value is 30 €. The delivery usually takes between 4 and 10 working days (depending on the destination country).
Switzerland & UK: Shipping 20 €, 9 € for Scrunchies. The delivery usually takes between 4 and 10 working days (depending on the destination country).
Other European Countries: Shipping 15 €.

Australia: Shipping 35 €. The delivery usually takes between 7-14 working days.
Japan: Shipping 25-35 € (Exact calculation during checkout). The delivery usually takes between 6-10 working days.
Singapore: Shipping 25-35 € (Exact calculation during checkout). The delivery usually takes between 3-8 working days.
Canada: Shipping 25-35 € (Exact calculation during checkout). The delivery usually takes between 6-12 working days.
South Africa: Shipping 35 €. The delivery usually takes between 8-14 working days.
South Korea: Shipping 25-35 € (Exact calculation during checkout). The delivery usually takes between 7-12.
United Arab Emirates: Shipping 25-35 € (Exact calculation during checkout). The delivery usually takes between 6-12 working days.

LOCAL DELIVERY LOCAL DELIVERYShould you be located within a radius of 15 km around Osnabrück or Georgsmarienhütte, you may choose personal delivery which is free of charge. We will coordinate day & time with you and often same day delivery is possible.
