Your order will be shipped worldwide in eco-friendly packaging and climate-neutral via DHL GoGreen (international: Premium).

EU, UK, San Marino, Vatican City: 15 €. approx. 7 business days (depending on destination).
Sweden & Finland: €20 — approx. 7 business days

SHIPMENTS TO CRISIS OR RISK REGIONS
For destinations affected by political unrest, natural disasters, or other extraordinary circumstances, we cannot accept liability for delays, loss, or damage occurring during transport.
Major carriers (such as DHL, UPS, or FedEx) may partially or completely exclude liability for shipments to such areas.
Since we have no control over carrier policies or handling in these regions, all shipments to crisis or risk zones are carried out at the recipient’s own risk. We recommend contacting us before placing an order to confirm current shipping conditions.

PROCESSING TIME & SHIPPING DURATION
CEDOUBLÉ stands for slow fashion — thoughtful, handcrafted shopping at a mindful pace. Every order is prepared with care and attention to detail by our small team. Even our handwritten cards take time and love.
We do not offer same-day or next-day shipping. If you need your order urgently, please let us know beforehand — we’ll do our best to help.
Depending on order volume, dispatch may take a few extra days.
SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.
Please keep an eye on the shipment status independently and check updates regularly. You are responsible for monitoring your tracking information and responding if issues occur (e.g., if a package is held at a pick-up point, neighbor, or depot).
If something seems unusual in the tracking process, you can of course reach out — but please review the tracking link in your confirmation email first.
SHIPPING TO PACKSTATIONS (GERMANY ONLY)
You can have your parcel delivered to a DHL Packstation within Germany.
Please enter your Postnummer (in the “Company” field) and specify “Packstation + station number” along with the postal code and city.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & IMPORT FEES (NON-EU ORDERS)
For deliveries outside the European Union, import duties, customs duties, or taxes may apply. In this case, the applicable fees will be calculated and paid during checkout.
Please note: These charges are not levied by us, but by the respective recipient country. The amount and calculation are based exclusively on the internal regulations and laws of the destination country. CEDOUBLÉ has no influence on this; we merely pass on the fees incurred.
If a parcel is not collected from customs or returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct all related costs — including the original outbound shipping, return shipping, and any additional carrier or customs fees.
RETURNS (EU ORDERS)
If you are based in the EU, you may return your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order –or from the moment the shipment is marked as ready for collection by the carrier (e.g. DHL status “Ready for pickup”).
1. Click on the profile icon in the top right corner and log in to your customer account.
2. Enter your email address in the “Email” field and then click “Continue.”
3. Open the email we sent you in your email account and copy the six-digit confirmation code it contains.
4. Return to the online store and enter the six-digit confirmation code.
5. Click on “Request return” for the order you wish to return.
6. If your order contains more than one item, select the items you wish to return.
7. Select a reason for the return and optionally add a note.
8. Click on "Request return."
Once your return has been approved, you will receive an email with shipping instructions.
If you placed your order as a guest and do not wish to create a customer account, please notify us of your return by email or via our contact form.
HOW TO PACK YOUR RETURN
The item must arrive unused and in its original, unaltered condition. Unused means the shoes may only be tried on briefly indoors on a clean, dry surface — not worn for an extended period or in daily use. Creases, scuffs, or worn soles mean the item can no longer be restocked as new.
Unaltered means: no glued insoles, no polish or cleaning products applied, no replacement laces, and no additions or removals of accessories or components. Stuff shoes and bags carefully with tissue paper.
Use the original packaging materials if available, or provide sufficient padding yourself to ensure safe transport. If the original materials are not enough, make sure your parcel is stable and properly cushioned.
Safe packaging is part of a proper return — damaged items caused by inadequate packaging cannot be accepted as valid returns.
Please include all components originally received. Any complimentary accessories (e.g. extra laces or gel pads) or small gifts must also be returned in full. If these are missing, their value may be deducted from the refund.
RETURNS & PROOF OF SHIPMENT
Please send returns prepaid with tracking. A tracking receipt is essential, as only the sender can file a claim or investigation with the shipping carrier if a parcel is lost. We do not accept liability for lost or damaged return shipments. In such cases, the chosen shipping carrier is responsible toward the sender – not CEDOUBLÉ.
Until your return arrives and is inspected, you remain responsible for the shipment and all communication with your carrier. This also applies to transport damage claims.
NO RETURNS REQUIRING SIGNATURE
Please do not select “signature required” when returning parcels. We cannot guarantee someone will be available at all times to sign.
Returns or re-deliveries resulting from this choice remain at the sender’s risk.
REFUNDS
Once your return has been received and accepted, we will refund the purchase amount and, if applicable, the original shipping fee (if shipping was paid).
The inspection process may take several business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, unless otherwise arranged.
Please note: Returns from outside the EU cannot be accepted.

LEATHER & COLOR TRANSFER
Color transfer on genuine leather is natural and not considered a defect. This can occur with smooth as well as brushed leathers (like nubuck or suede), especially under heat or moisture.
Tip: When wearing closed leather shoes, use dark socks. Color traces on bare skin can be removed with a pumice stone.
SUSTAINABILITY & LONGEVITY OF CEDOUBLÉ SHOES
Our shoes are made from high-quality leathers and crafted with care for long-lasting comfort and aesthetics — when treated properly.
You’ll receive model-specific care instructions with your order.
Please note:
– CEDOUBLÉ shoes (like all shoes) should not be worn every day without rest; alternating pairs extends their lifespan.
– Strong or repetitive movements beyond normal walking — e.g. frequent kneeling, squatting, or deep bending — can cause material stress and should be avoided.
– Avoid sharp or rough surfaces; if small stones or debris become lodged in the sole, remove them promptly.
– CEDOUBLÉ shoes are fashion footwear, not designed for sports or industrial use.
With proper care, your CEDOUBLÉ shoes will remain beautiful for years — preserving both their style and their sustainable value.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
As a consumer (§ 13 BGB), you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The period begins on the day you or a person authorized by you receives the goods — or when the parcel is made available for pickup (e.g. DHL status “Ready for pickup”).
This rule follows EU law (Directive 2011/83/EU and § 355 BGB in conjunction with § 312g BGB), and a delayed pickup does not extend the withdrawal period.
HOW TO EXERCISE YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Sending the notice before the 14-day deadline is sufficient.
